On Tuesday 7th July, the APPG for Bees, Pollinators, and Invertebrates held the first hearing for its inquiry into invasive species and the threat they pose to pollinators in the UK.
The APPG heard evidence from entomologists about the impact of different invasive species including the yellow-legged hornet and Himalayan balsam.
A further hearing will take place in September, with the launch of the report in November.
