At Business Questions on Thursday 18th December, Barry asked the Leader of House to ensure that the Home Secretary urgently brings forward plans to facilitate the arrival of Gazan students and their families who have been offered places to study in the UK.
As it stands, the scholars’ scheme is due to end on the 31st December, with many students still not having reached the UK.
