Barham Park: Not For Sale!
Thursday, 25 February 2010 14:37

LibDem Council Leader Paul Lorber has approved the sale of part of Barham Park to developers who intend to turn it into Flats.

Our parks and open spaces are the green heart of our community. They provide places for our children to play, a bit of tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle of life and an area around which local communities and residents can come together.

That is why I was so shocked to find that Lib Dem Council Leader Paul Lorber has approved the sale of land in Barham Park to a housing group who intend to turn it into flats.

If like me, you want Barham Park to be protected from further development. Please sign the petition below and display a poster in your window.

Together we can stop Cllr Lorber and protect our park.
