Earlier today IPSA published details of the MPs' Business Costs & Expenses for 2014-15 in which they reported that Mr Gardiner had failed to repay an outstanding amount of £77.30.
Mr Gardiner has written to IPSA today to ask for a correction and apology in respect of the item erroneously shown under his name.

UPDATE: IPSA have now responded to Mr Gardiner's letter accepting that he has acted in good faith in all his dealings with IPSA and apologising for their failure to properly respond to the information he had repeatedly provided since March 2014.

UPDATE: IPSA have failed to responsd to Mr Gardiner's previous letter of 11 September 2015.

UPDATE: IPSA have issued a full apology to Mr Gardiner accepting that internal errors were to blame for the debt being incorrectly allocated to him and that they will investigate the matter accordingly.
