Barry writes to Iain Duncan Smith to protect disability rights

Barry writes to the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, urging him not to go ahead with a proposed cut to Employment and Support Allowance and Universal Credit. This would make life harder for nearly half a million disabled people nationally, and a very large number of vulnerable people in Brent North Constituency.
