Barry honoured to be re-elected as Member of Parliament for Brent North

On 7th May 2015 Barry was honoured and delighted to be re-elected as the Member of Parliament for Brent North.

"A huge thank you to all those who voted for me on May 7th and especially to the hundreds of people who joined in our campaign, delivering leaflets, knocking on doors, putting up posters and handing out balloons.

"It has been lovely to talk to so many people over the past six weeks about the issues facing us here in Brent North and across the country. Listening to the feedback that you have provided me is one of the most rewarding and instructive experiences of being your MP.

"Although the outcome nationally was not the one that many of us had wished, please be assured that I will continue do everything I can, both in Parliament and here in Brent North, to fight for the people of this community, to protect it from any unfair cuts and to hold this Government to account for the legislation that they put forward."

Barry's regular surgeries will resume as set out in the calendar at the beginning of June.
